NetherGames factions is set to reset every 6 months, this means that it was scheduled to reset on the 6th of October 2022. With a recent announcement comming from one of the servers administrators, MOREFEUS, we have found out that the factions reset has been delayed. To compensate for this NetherGames is providing players with a special reward for the remainder of this factions season.
NetherGames has announced that all factions players will be able to claim a free kit every 5 minutes. This kit contains a random fully-maxed item. This seems like a great payoff for the delay in a reset however it does come with a downside, NetherGames is no longer offering rollbacks to players who die to a bug or hacker. They say this is because there is no need for a rollback if you can just claim another kit 5 minutes later. A statement made by some supervisors that work in the player services department says that “Working live chat was impossible due to all the rollback requests!”
This still leaves us with the question of when is the factions season going to reset?
This is a question that not even the staff at NetherGames know yet. In the announcement made by Morf it was stated that “Factions reset has been delayed until to be decided date.”
