Around 10 hours ago NetherGames made another official announcement about needing staff. As most of you would know, a few days ago NetherGames announced that their Game Designer positions had opened up (read the full article here). This time NetherGames is looking for new trainees to join the team. The trainee position is the entry level position into the NetherGames staff team. Trainees get access to some staff commands in order to spectate hackers and capture evidence. They then report this evidence to a staff member that is in the mod position or above who will look at the evidence and accept or deny it. If you get promoted from the trainee position you will become a crew member, as a crew member you can issue punishments directly to the rule-breaker instead of reporting the offender.
The official announcement starts off with NetherGames explaining that they are in need of additional trainees to help moderate on the server. The requirements for applying to the trainee position are as follows;
– You must be at least 14 years old
– You must be in the official NetherGames Discord server for at least 1 month
– You mist be active in game and on their Discord server
– You must not currently hold a staff position at another Minecraft server
– You must not have applied for any other position at NetherGames in the past month
– If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental consent to apply
– If accepted you must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
