You may have noticed that we did not post an episode last weekend like we were scheduled to do. This is because we are working together with Executive members from NetherGames to make this official. Due to time zones, it has been very difficult to organise meetings to discuss where we are going to take NetherGames Now.
This might mean that our episodes will be posted on the official NetherGames YouTube channel or nothing may change, we are still undecided on this but we will still be making episodes for you to watch. In the meantime, you can treat this article as episode #4
Staff Updates:
Over the past three weeks there has been many diferent staff updates from promotions to resignations and more. Firstly, on November 14th, Builder wytvikll resigned from the staff team. On the 16th of November we welcomed 2 new game designers, Pilot & Demonwiz. This was shortly followed by the resignation of Supervisor, Evoniikss on the 18th. A day later, on the 19th, 2 more game designers joined the staff team. Galactic and Trainee, JustGamer. InfinityBlue1 had also resigned from his position as a discord moderator on the 21st. This was “due to him lying about his age and identity for 2 years” as he joined and left the staff team many times. On November 27th, 4 new staff members joined the marketing department, being Myself (Skeletron), Isaak, Nut & MegaRabyte. You will most likely see us around our social There was also a new trainee who joined the team on the 2nd of December, being Kate S.. This was followed up a few hours later with the promotions of trainees, LethalVortex and dqrk. The final resignation was on the 4th of December and it was NermySwitch. Finally, only a few hours ago of this post, WiredFaNta was promoted from trainee builder to builder. Please congratulate all the new staff members and those who were promoted and thank those who resigned.
ModMail (Formerly #support):
NetherGames has just got a much needed support revamp. Now, we have a bot called Modmail, which you DM your question/query to. We then will respond to your question though the DMs of Modmail. If you accidentally send a DM to Modmail, you may reject support by clicking the lock reaction. This system does NOT replace live chat, it is just an alternative. This just makes it easier for us on the staff side. The Modmail bot needs to be able to DM you, so make sure to keep your DMs open.
